Refund Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
We want you to be happy with Psalms Studio Pro. This policy explains when you can get your money back.
Pro Pass paid with GCash (web)
- Not activated within 24 hours: if we haven't activated Pro within 24 hours of you sending your payment reference, you can ask for a full refund, or we refund you on our own.
- Payment we can't match: if we can't confirm your payment (for example, a wrong amount or missing order code), we contact you and either activate Pro once it's sorted out or refund the payment in full.
- Double payments and overpayments: if you paid twice for the same order, or sent more than the price, we refund the extra amount.
- Technical problems: if a problem on our side stops Pro from working and we can't fix it, write to us within 7 days of activation for a full refund.
- Change of mind: once Pro is active, a pass isn't refundable just because you changed your mind or didn't use it, except where the law requires a refund.
Refunds are sent back to the GCash account the payment came from, usually within 3 business days of approval. Any transfer fee charged by your bank or wallet when you paid isn't refundable.
Pro bought in the iPhone app
Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. To stop future charges, cancel in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Studio Verified credits
Studio Verified credits aren't cash and can't be refunded for money. A request that isn't completed within 7 days expires and its credit is returned to your account.
How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] with your order code (for example PS-7K3QX2), the email you sign in with, and your GCash reference number. We reply within 2 business days.
